ORDERING


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account comes with benefits:

  • Faster checkout
  • View order history and tracking
  • Get exclusive updates, new arrivals, and special offers

What if I forget my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

I entered the wrong email address. Can I fix it?

Please contact our support team immediately. We can update your email, name, or shipping address if your order hasn’t entered fulfillment yet.

Are prices affected by exchange rates?

All transactions are charged in US Dollars. If your bank uses a different currency, the final amount will be converted according to your card issuer’s exchange rate on the day of processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. We do not accept checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted pages. Your card details are securely transmitted to payment processors and are never stored on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request changes or cancellation only if your order has not been packed or shipped. Once fulfillment begins, orders can no longer be modified.

If your order is canceled before shipping, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I set my shipping address correctly?

Please enter your full address in English only, including numbers and street names. Non-English characters may cause delivery failure.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are only available before your order ships. Once shipped, the address can no longer be modified.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 7–18 business days after shipping, depending on your location and customs processing.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. You can use it to track your package at any time.

Am I responsible for customs duties or taxes?

Product prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and determined by your local customs office.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available for orders over a certain amount. Exclusions may apply for heavy or oversized items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will assist with replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. It may take an additional 7–10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
