1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Your item arrived with significant quality issues
Your order has not been shipped yet
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept refunds for:
Items returned without approval
Items worn, washed, or altered
Clearance/Final sale items
Size issues caused by not checking the size chart (unless the sizing is significantly incorrect)

3. Return Process
If your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unused
4. Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Processing: 3–7 business days
Bank or card processing time: varies by institution
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
Please contact your local carrier first
Then notify us for additional assistance
Lunimesd is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or color, please request a refund and place a new order.
