Ordering & Payment
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you extra benefits:
- Faster checkout
- Access to order history and status updates
- Early notice for new arrivals and special offers
What if I forget my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
I entered the wrong email / address. Can I fix it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your email, name, or shipping address before your order is processed. We cannot change items or quantities once your order has entered fulfillment.
Are prices affected by exchange rates?
All prices are listed in US Dollars. If your bank uses a different currency, the final charge will be converted according to the exchange rate used by your card provider on the day of processing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
We do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through an SSL-encrypted secure connection. Your card details are sent directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We allow order changes or cancellations only before the order is packed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee changes.
If an order is canceled before shipping, a 30% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs charged by our payment gateway. Orders that are already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
How do I set my shipping address correctly?
Please enter your full address using English letters only (including numbers and punctuation). Non-English characters may cause delivery failure. If your address has special characters, use the closest English equivalent.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
No. Once your order has been processed or shipped, the address cannot be updated. We recommend using your residential address to avoid customs or delivery delays.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number. You can also log into your account to view tracking status.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
What should I do if my order is missing items?
Please contact us immediately with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Customs
When will my order be processed?
All orders ship from our warehouse in China. Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 2–3 business days, and shipped the following business day. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping methods and times are listed on our dedicated Shipping Information page.
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes. Our product prices do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or pay these fees.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum spending requirement. Discounted, clearance, heavy, or oversized items may not qualify.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and send return instructions if approved.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping fees and any related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
What if I received a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and label. We will assist with a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
How long do returns take to process?
Once we receive your returned package, returns are processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when completed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If the refund is not visible after this period, please contact your bank or card issuer.
